BVD Fundraiser

Ellen Fucich, Marketing Director at Vermilionville, and Ray Cloutier with TRAIL, joined News15 at Noon to talk about an amazing new kayak launch that will provide more beautiful places to paddle, as well as the fundraiser to help make it a reality.

Bayou Vermilion District (Vermilionville's parent agency) has a grant for improvements and a boat launch at Mile Zero in Bayou Vermilion up in Carencro, but needs a cash match. TRAIL has pledged to match donations to this fundraiser up to $20K to give Vermilionville their match.
