Autopsy Report Released in Death of Two Year Old Found in Car

27-year-old Natalie Broussard has been arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of a two-year-old in Lafayette Parish.

Update September 29,2020: An autopsy report was released September 29, 2020 in the death of a toddler found in a car over the weekend. It reveals two year old Ryatt Hensely died of a heat stroke. 

27-year-old Natalie Broussard has been arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of her two-year-old in Lafayette Parish.

Sheriff's Deputies were called out to the 6900 block of Cameron Street in Duson at approximately 1:50 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2020 in reference to a deceased toddler.

As part of the ongoing investigation, Broussard was arrested and charged with Negligent Homicide.

There are no further details at this time as this case remains under investigation.
