The Opelousas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify individuals responsible for several vehicle burglaries that occurred during the early morning hours of August 24,2020.

The Opelousas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify individuals responsible for several vehicle burglaries that occurred during the early morning hours of  August 24,2020. The incidents mostly occurred in the Park Vista area of Opelousas. Anyone with any information regarding these burglaries or who may have additional video surveillance video is asked to contact the Opelousas Police Department at 337-948-2500, crimetips@opelousaspd.com or through Crime Stoppers (337-948-TIPS, www.stlandrycrimestoppers.com or by using the P3 mobile App.) Tipsters can remain anonymous.
