Tropical Storm Warning Issued for Coastal Parishes of Acadiana

(KADN) - The Storm Track15 weather team is tracking the tropics in the Gulf of Mexico.

Hurricane Hunters are flying into a broad level of disorganized circulation in the southern Gulf of Mexico to investigate.

A potential tropical cyclone could be named soon with impacts for the northern gulf coast this weekend.

A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for the coastal parishes of Acadiana.The NHC predicts PTC3 to strengthen into Claudette with potential landfall in Acadiana on Saturday.
