St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report August 12,2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Ricky Joseph Simon, 62, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2020, at 10:01 am for maximum speed limit and driving under suspension. Simon was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2020.

Michael Wade McFarland, 65,  New Iberia, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2020, at 8:08 pm for driving while intoxicated and open container. McFarland was released on a $3,000 bond.

Carolyn Roberson McDaniel, 57,  Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 11:22 pm for driving while intoxicated and reckless operation. McDaniel was released on a $3,000 bond.

Trinity Nicole Harris, 21,  Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 1:45 am for improper lane usage and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harris was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2020.
