St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Timothy Wayne Collier, 21, 248 Texas Street, Berwick, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 4:44 pm on the following charges:

- Theft of firearm

- Possession of firearm in presence of a CDS

- Possession of CDS in a drug-free zone

- Possession of methamphetamines

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of firearm-felon

No bail has been set.

Nicole Marie Legnon, 33, 248 Texas Street, Berwick, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 4:44 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of CDS in a drug-free zone

- Possession of methamphetamines

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

No bail has been set.

Larry Christopher Rebardi, 61, 467 Hunting Road, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 5:23 pm for domestic abuse battery. Rebardi was released on a $2,500 bond.

Keondrell Deon Jude Lee, 20, 1032 Carolyn Rose Drive, Breaux Bridge, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 4:51 pm for cruelty to a juvenile/non-violent and criminal abandonment. No bail was set.

Armand Joseph Thomas, 22, 500 Martin Luther King, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 9:56 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. No bail was set.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Jordyn McCoy, 19, 1006 Iberia Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 8:28 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

- Resisting an officer

- Battery of a police officer

- Transactions involving drug proceeds

- Violation of uniform controlled dangerous substances law; drug-free zone

No bail has been set.

Davien Burrell, 19, 500 9th Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 3, 2020, at 8:28 pm on the following charges:

- Littering

- Improper lane use

- Possession of schedule II (Adderall)

- Violation of uniform controlled dangerous substances law; drug-free zone

No bail has been set.
