SCOTT, La. - The Scott Boudin Festival Board of directors announced the postponement of the Scott Boudin Festival. This is one of several festivals to cancel or postpone their event this week.

The news comes as COVID-19 cases across the state and Acadiana continue to rise. The full letter can be read below:

To our valued Sponsors and Vendors:

We are confident that you will be understanding of this difficult decision which has been made. Due to the growing uncertainty of this situation we feel postponement is in the best interest of our community, volunteers, sponsors, vendors and our festival attendees. We look forward to seeing all of you in the Spring of 2022, when we return bringing you an event of the quality and caliber to which our visitors are accustomed.
