Investigation into Online Racial Slurs Leads to Resignation of Ossun Educator

LAFAYETTE, La. - According to LPSS school board documents , Julie Colley is now retired after racial slurs were shared on "Whatz Goin On in Acadiana" group regarding a school suppy giveaway happening on Cameron Street.

The document lists Colley retired as of August 17, 2021.

Colley was an in-school suspension facilitator and tutor on the support staff.
