KADN/KLAF - On Dec. 19 at approximately 8:17 p.m., Opelousas Police Officers responded to the call of a shooting in the 600 block of Patsy Street. 

Upon arriving on the scene, officers discovered a deceased male with a single gunshot wound. 

This is an ongoing investigation and no other information is available.
