After almost 24 years in operation Unitech Training Academy now has a new CEO, Noah Brandon. The transfer of positions comes after the retirement announcement of Founder/Owner, Deanna Head. Deanna began Unitech Training Academy in April of 1997 and has run the company as CEO since that time. Noah, being the only son of Deanna Head, has grown up with Unitech. He has held every position within the company and has the keen ability to make decisions with the full perspective in sight. There is truly no better person to lead Unitech into the future than Mr. Brandon. Critical changes are taking place more rapidly than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Mr. Brandon is ready to spearhead these changes and growth that are required to advance Unitech into the ever-changing future. His first leadership change was announcing the new Chief OperationsOfficer, Heather Alleman. Heather has been with Unitech for over 11 years and is the perfect person to fill this role. She is not only patient, knowledgeable and kind but has a strong sense of leadership when it comes to directing the Unitech team. Heather commands respect from everyone that’s ever worked with her and she has earned that respect by putting in the time and effort day in and day out.It is Unitech Training Academy’s philosophy to provide the community with a choice of desirable, productive, and well-trained individuals. Under Noah Brandon and Heather Alleman’s guidance and leadership Unitech will continue to flourish into an institution that offers high-quality in-person, online, and hybrid classes to individuals all across the state that will then enrich their communities as professionals in their respective fields. The entire Unitech family is thrilled over the new leadership changes and looks forward to continued success in the next 24 years.
