Strong storms produced a tornado on the night of Wednesday, January 6th. The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF1 tornado with wind speeds of 110 mph touched down near Grand Bois Rd. near Parks, LA around 10:52 PM. Viewer photos show a single-wide mobile home that was destroyed and flipped over. The NWS says nobody was home at the time and no injuries or fatalities were reported.
