The Louisiana Department of Health will be conducting a COVID-19 and Vaccine drive Friday September 11, 2020 from 8am-3pm.

KLAF/KADN- The Louisiana Department of Health will be conducting a COVID-19 and Vaccine drive Friday September 11, 2020 from 8am-3pm. The event will take place at the Lafayette Parish Health Unit at 220 W. Willow Street in Lafayette, LA.  This is a drive-thru testing and vaccination site. Participants are asked to stay in your vehicle and wear a mask. A phone number and email address are required to be tested. An ID is not required. To preregister visit www.DOINeedACovid19Test.com . COVID tests are self administered and Nurses will administer vaccines. Tetanus, hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccines will be available to individuals who are 16 and older. On-site primary care services will be available through SW LA Primary Healthcare Center from 9 a.m. to noon. Additional resources inside the health unit include other childhood immunizations and copies of immunization records.
