KADN/KLAF- Lafayette Police are investigating shots fired on 100 N. General Marshall. The incident took place around 9:00AM on Friday February 26, 2021. Cpl. Bridgette Dugas says a dark colored sedan was seen in the area of the shooting. The shooting is that of a drive-by in which a 33 year old victim was shot multiple times. The victim was taken to the hospital before police arrived and is listed in stable condition. We will provide additional information as it becomes available. At this time no suspect(s) have been identified. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call Lafayette Police or Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
