Lafayette - The Blue Monday Concert Series returns Monday, July 12, at The Grouse Room at 6 p.m., with “Country, Rhythm and Blue Monday,” powered by Townsquare Media. Special guest performers will be Blaine Roy, Clay Cormier, Dustin Sonnier and Steven Simon, along with The Blue Monday All Star House Band.
Roy, Cormier, Sonnier and Simon are South Louisiana singer-songwriters and bandleaders with decades of performing and recording experience among them. Teka Briscoe, Lyle Begnaud and Sharona Thomas will also grace The Grouse Room stage. “Country, Rhythm and Blue Monday” is sponsored by Ray Flores of Industrial Safety Solutions, LINES Made Simple and Under Pressure.
for the concert is $10, entry and the blue-plate special are $20, and $25 purchases the concert, premium seating and food, which includes BBQ leg-quarters, rice dressing, green beans and a roll.
