Jeff Davis Parish students moved to virtual learning due to weather

While students will participate in virtual learning, graduation is still scheduled to be held Tuesday night.

JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH, La. (KADN) - Jefferson Davis Parish Schools will be virtual Tuesday, May 18, due to weather.

According to a post on the school system's Facebook page, the decision was made due to the "extensive rainfall, flooding, rising water, and more rain in the forecast..."

Graduation is still scheduled to be held Tuesday night.
