Lafayette, La. - Since the start of the covid-nineteen pandemic, food banks have been swamped with serving people who don’t get snap benefits and millions more whose snap benefits don’t provide enough food.

Chief Communications Officer for Catholic Charities of Acadiana, Ben Broussard, spoke on what the past year has been like for their program, Foodnet Food Bank.
