LAFAYETTE, LA- FlyGuys Founder and CEO, Adam Zayor, will speak at the Aviation International- Picture Your World! webinar hosted by the University of Arizona Global Campus on June 22, 2021. The University has partnered with Shades of Blue and Metro State University to prepare college and high school students about the vast career opportunities within the aviation industry.

Concerns arise as baby boomers retire and new generations need industry training and certification to support the 87+ million aviation jobs around the world. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that there will be a 4.8 percent increase of pilots between 2019-2029. The webinar will explore these career paths, introduce leaders in the industry, and offer potential job opportunities.

As a leader who is focused on team building and communication, Zayor was invited by the University to speak about the unique mission and offerings of FlyGuys. Before founding FlyGuys, Zayor was a Project Controls Manager who analyzed the use of UAV technology in the construction process. The operational leader has experience managing industrial projects ranging from $185- 850 million, with teams of up to 2,000 individuals.
