All locally-owned restaurants in Lafayette Parish are eligible to become a member of EatLafayette. If you own a local franchise, the original franchise must originate in Lafayette Parish to be eligible. Restaurants interested in learning more can see details on benefits and pricing below or visit www.EatLafayette.com/Registration.In its 17th year, EatLafayette by Lafayette Travel is moving to an annual membership campaign to support locally-owned restaurants year-round. Last year EatLafayette waived registration fees for all locally-owned restaurants in Lafayette Parish in response to COVID-19. As a result, it promoted over 200 locally-owned restaurants while maintaining all advertising and promotion efforts from previous years. EatLafayette will continue its summer campaign and host its usual events but is planning some additional promotional opportunities and offerings throughout the year.“The COVID-19 pandemic has brought much uncertainty to the tourism industry, including our locally-owned restaurants that are an essential piece to making Lafayette Parish an attractive place to live and visit, “ said Ben Berthelot, President & CEO of Lafayette Travel. “After waving the registration fees last year for our EatLafayette campaign, we saw great response and support from our locals, starting with our to-go campaign. Now that our restaurants are almost fully operational, it was an easy decision to shift to a year-long membership campaign to provide even more support to this critical part of our economy.”

The cost of an annual EatLafayette membership with the above perks is $250. This is the same amount we have charged in years past for the summer campaign.
