Downtown Lafayette Unlimited Announces 2021 Leadership

Downtown Lafayette Unlimited (DLU), the private, non-profit corporation that works hand in hand with Downtown Development Authority (DDA), announced new appointments to its 2021 Board of Directors.

Lafayette, La. – Downtown Lafayette Unlimited (DLU), the private, non-profit corporation
that works hand in hand with Downtown Development Authority (DDA), announced new
appointments to its 2021 Board of Directors. These business and community leaders volunteer
their time and talents to assist in creating cohesion amongst Downtown business leaders,
advocating for their success, and marketing the district’s assets.
A slate of new directors includes:
• Maggi Bienvenu, University of Louisiana at Lafayette
• Justin Cormier, Pop-A-Licious Gourmet Popcorn
• Philip Gould, Philip Gould Photography
• Heather Guidroz, Tsunami Restaurants
• Mitzi Guidry, LILOU
• Candace Gulotta-Haggart, Festival International de Louisiane
• Jessica Hauerwas, brandRUSSO
• Allison Nederveld, SugarWolf Outdoor Exchange
• Trey Ware, Black Café
Returning DLU directors consist of:

will allow DLU to capitalize on the opportunities we are beginning to see realized and help keep
our district at the forefront of progress in our community.”
