From mild to profound, individuals who have disabilities work in the community and keep the nation's economy strong. By observing National Disabilities Awareness Month in October and really, any time of the year, it reaffirms the commitment to ensure equal opportunity for all citizens across the United States,” comments Donielle Watkins, Executive Director of D.R.E.A.M.S.
