Cecilia, LA (KADN) -- Cecilia only has one loss all season is gearing up to face a Breaux Bridge team hungry for its first win.
"The Civil War no better way to come out and be tough than win the Civil War," Breaux Bridge football coach Chad Pourciau said. "On offense we need to come out and put together some drives and on defense we need to tackle better."
Cecilia's only loss this season came against Jennings. The are (2-1) and scoring more than 50 points a game, but coach Dennis Skains won't let his team look past its parish rivals.
"We won't take it lightly," Skains said. "It's a rivalry game and these two teams always come to play."
Cecilia lost by one point last year and the Bulldogs players are anxious to bounce back recover from last year's heartbreaking 4th quarter loss. Friday's game is at 7pm in Breaux Bridge.
