Cajuns set to battle Tigers on the Diamond

UL makes the short bus trip to Baton Rouge Wednesday to take on LSU

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 - 10:15am

The Cajuns have not had the success on the diamond that they would have liked to have had out of the gate but a win on Wednesday night would fix all that.

UL travels to Baton Rouge Wednesday night to take on nationally ranked LSU at the new Alex Box stadium. The Tigers enter Wednesday's tilt as the #3 team in the country.

UL will send Freshman Alex Fuselier to the hill against the Tigers' high-powered offense. The Cajuns are looking to win their second Wednesday night win of the season.
