Louisiana chefs kick up the spice in London

Chefs from all across South Louisiana are in London promoting Louisiana seafood.

They are there with a campaign supported by BP. It's called Spirit of the Gulf.

The campaign brings several parts of Louisiana culture to London - a place where many have never experienced what Louisiana has to offer.

Chef Michael Sichel is from New Orleans and he says the reception is great.

“Not only are we bringing the cuisine, we're bringing the culture this weekend.  We sponsored a great party at the USA house,” Chef Michael Sichel, Louisiana Chef in London, said. “We can with spirit of the gulf; we came with fresh gulf seafood sponsored by BP and we get great chefs from the area and we're producing some really delicious things.”

Other chefs from Louisiana are also in London promoting Gulf seafood.
