BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The man accused of calling in a bomb threat at LSU would have been arraigned today, but his hearing has been delayed until October 11. Additional charges have been filed against him.
According to EBR Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore, William Bouvay is now charged with Communication of a False Bomb Threat to a School, along with the federal charges he was already facing.
