UL Tennis hosts home game with crawfish
First 50 fans get free crawfish
Lafayette, LA (KADN) — The UL Tennis team had their first home game today, and they decided to give back to the fans by having free crawfish for the first fifty people that came to watch the game.
"It's opening day and we just wanted to bring as many people as we could. The weather is great and we wanted to give a little bit back to the community, and that they give us as far as fan support. So we're doing the first fifty people today get all the crawfish they can so it should be fun for the crowd to do," says Head coach Mark Jeffrey.
Coach Jeffrey says they will be cooking crawfish for the fans every home game this year. So come out and support the Cajuns playing tennis and catch a couple pounds of crawfish while you're there.
