St. Martin Parish deputies said it all happened on Mary Aytreet in St. Martinville right next to a school.
Detectives said they arrested Francis Jacobs and Gabriel Simon on a variety of charges which include making meth within a thousand feet of a school, possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
