Three accused drug dealers arrested in Iberia Parish

Narcotics agents arrested three people after they found illegal drugs and a stolen handgun.

The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that agents conducted the search on Tuesday, May 14 in conjunction with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office. They searched a home located on New Horizon Drive.

Officials say agents located 1083 grams of marijuana, 52 grams of cocaine and 276 Xanax pills. The recovered $552 and two handguns (one of which was reported stolen).

Patrick Roberts, 33, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute (marijuana, cocaine over 28 grams, schedule IV), Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Monies Derived from Drug Transactions, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest.

Eric St. Julien, 28, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute (marijuana, cocaine over 28 grams), Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Erin Eddie, 20, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute (marijuana, cocaine over 28 grams), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

All three were booked into the Iberia Parish Jail.
