Former State Representative Rickey Hardy has been appointed to Louisiana's Board of Pardons.
Hardy was appointed by Governor Bobby Jindal and Hardy will bring in $36,000 a year as a member of the board.
Hardy's job will be to make recommendations to the governor regarding applications for pardons from state prisoners.
