Ragin Cajun baseball coach Tony Robichaux has been able to keep his team level headed and focused all season long. He attributes the team's success to their dedication and sacrifices on and off the field. Especially, since the Ragin Cajun baseball team as experienced national exposure as one of college baseball's best teams.

After their two thrilling wins over Mississippi State in the regional round of the NCAA College Baseball post season the Ragin Cajuns will face another squad from Mississippi. The Ole Miss Rebels come to M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field this weekend for a best of three game series and a ticket to Omaha. Robichaux believes his team is ready, solely because of their level-headed, focused, and "grinding" play all year long.

The super regional round of the college baseball post season brings both teams one step closer to the NCAA College Baseball World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. Throughout the season the Ragin Cajuns have had one goal, one that comes with the sacrifice and dedication the team has shown all year, "Mission Omaha".

If the Cajuns win this super regional, the first the university has hosted, they will reach the pinnacle of College Baseball, a trip to the NCAA College Baseball World Series and a chance to bring a national championship to Acadiana. First pitch is tomorrow 7pm, the game will be aired on ESPN 2 and KPEL 96.5 FM.
