Las Vegas, NV (KVVU-CNN) — Investigators said a mother who was found dead in a Mountain's Edge home last week stabbed her two children to death before killing herself.
The bodies were found about 1:30 p.m. Friday at a home on Wolf Pack Lane, near Mountain's Edge Parkway and El Capitan Way, by officers conducting a welfare check, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan police.
A spokesman for the Clark County Coroner's Office said 40-year-old Hae Chong Serra and her children, 11-year-old Hope Stream Serra and 9-year-old Cory Yoon Serra, died from stab wounds.
Police said all three were dead when they arrived, but they did not immediately release when they died.
Neighbors said the children's father also lived at the home, but he has not been seen since the bodies were found.
