Thursday, November 1, 2012 - 9:46pm

Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly announced new charges against Penn State officials allegedly involved with the Sandusky scandal.

Former Penn State President Graham Spanier, former Athletic Director Tim Curley, and ex-Vice President Gary Schultz each face a set of five charges related to covering up the abuse of children. The charges include obstruction of justice, endangering the welfare of children, and failure to report allegations of child abuse.

These charges arrive almost a year after the scandal erupted and five months after former Assistant Coach Jerry Sandusky was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys.
