Another man has been arrested for his alleged connection to a missing teen from the Lafayette area.

The Duson Police Department tells NBC33 news that Ronald Wilkerson, 40, was arrested today at a motel in West Baton Rouge. He’s charged with Simple Kidnapping in relation to the disappearance of Keiosha Felix, 15.

Wilkerson is the fourth person who has been arrested in connection to this case.

The first arrest was made on July 24 in Zachary. Leon Wilkerson Jr., the older brother of Ronald Wilkerson, was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Kidnapping and Aggravated Rape. The rape charge stems from an incident that occurred prior to Felix’s disappearance.

Two of Felix’s family members, Patricia Andrus (aunt) and Portia Felix (cousin), were also arrested by Duson Police on July 25. They are both accused of lying to investigators regarding Keiosha’s disappearance.

According to reports the two were questioned after Felix disappeared from Andrus’ home on April 30.

Andrus is reportedly dating Leon Wilkerson Jr. who is accused of raping Felix while she was in Andrus’ custody. Andrus was charged with Accessory to Rape and Improper Supervision.

Duson Police Chief Frank Andrew has declined to comment on the investigation and would not provide any information related to how the latest arrest fits in with the investigation.

Keiosha Felix has not been located.
