Police say 49-year-old Bobby Dickerson shot and killed his estranged wife, Consuela Dickerson, in the next door neighbor's yard.  The 32 year-old mother of three had just returned to their home in the Fairwood Subdivision with a UHaul to collect her things when her husband "basically executed her in the road." 

Bobby Dickerson then barricaded himself in his home for over 7 hours.  Around 6:30, SWAT used tear gas to force him out of the home, but Dickerson turned the gun on himself, taking his own life.

The couple had been married for about a year but had recently put their home up for sale.  Family members say the couple did not have any children together .. And there was no prior domestic abuse.
