Investigators believe that Boston Marathon attack suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev accessed Inspire magazine an English-language publication put out by al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula on a computer in the apartment where he and his wife lived a law enforcement official briefed on the investigation told CNN. The Inspire material on the computer had instructions on bomb-making, the official said. Asked whether the computer belonged to Tamerlan, his wife, or whether it was shared, the official said only that investigators believe Tamerlan was accessing that material.
