BATON ROUGE, LA (KADN) — Former Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards is a free man.
A federal judge has agreed to end his supervised release. He'd been sentenced to three years, and has only served 18 months.
Edwards was convicted in a riverboat licensing scheme and served eight years in federal prison.
Edwards and his wife Trina are expecting their first child together, and gearing up for a reality show.
