Delta Airlines said they will be bringing a bigger jet to the airport to get passengers to and from Atlanta.
The airline will replace a 50 seat jet with a 120 seat DC-9 jet.
16 of those seats will be in first class, 14 of them in economy comfort.
Delta says they are planning to phase out the smaller jets over the next two to three years.

The change is happening because of fuel prices.
The service with the larger jet starts November 4th.
The flight with the larger jet will leave Baton Rouge every day just before 2:00 in the Afternoon.The number of flights to and from atlanta and memphis won't change.
