August 6, 2014 — Spotlighting the stores with the strongest levels of customer satisfaction, Ford handed out its prestigious President’s Award to a select group of dealers and Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge was honored with that achievement today with the 2013 President's Award.
The award, which was created in 1998, recognizes dealers for excellence in providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction. What makes this award so different from others is eligibility is not determined solely by how many vehicles a dealership sold, but it's determined via customer survey responses regarding their sales and service satisfaction.
Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge says they could not be happier to receive an award that requires truly a team effort from everyone at the company.
"We are going to constantly strive to make it better one way or the other. You know, we can't say we are not satisfied with what happened, and I don't think there is a dealer out there that wouldn't want to do better than the year before. We're pretty happy." said owner of Courtsey Automotive Group, Don Hargroder.
"If you look at where we were when we first came in here, and where we are today, it's a difference of day and night. It happened because of these people and people of this area that supported us. I think that our people have done a great job and the people in the area have done a super job coming in a supporting the new people who walked in the door here."
With the award in hand, Courtesy Ford says it will celebrate it's award today, but come tomorrow they will be back at work trying to earn another President's Award in 2014 .
