Corndogs spill across north LA highway

Tuesday, March 25, 2014 - 11:34am

A major interstate in north Louisiana was shut down after an 18-wheeler carrying corn dogs flipped, spilling its load across the roadway.

Police say the driver apparently overcorrected the big rig just before it turned over.

The driver was hauling about 76,000 Foster Farm brand corn dogs to California.

Traffic had to be diverted while crews threw the food into a giant dumpster.

Police say no one was hurt in the accident.
