Bond set at $3 million for Sulphur man accused of raping 6-year-old family member

On July 1, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Perry S. Arnold, 50, of Sulphur, having inappropriate sexual contact with a female family member on numerous occasions for 6 years beginning in 2002 when the girl was 6 years old.

After further investigation, Arnold was arrested on July 17 and booked in the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 6 counts of aggravated incest.

Judge Clayton Davis has set his bond at $3,000,000.

CPSO Detective Lisa Hardy is the lead investigator on this case.
