Baton Rouge took the number 10 spot.
The report blames geography, a low-lying, swampy area.
The city ranked 23rd last year.
The report says you can blame Hurricane Isaac.
Isaac gave the fall allergy season a little push.
All that extra rain spurred the growth of pollen producing plants
