For the third year The Weather Channel teamed up with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America to release the top 10 fall allergy capitals of America.
Baton Rouge took the number 10 spot.
The report blames geography, a low-lying, swampy area.
The city ranked 23rd last year.
