Lafayette Police are investigating two overnight shootings.

One happened in the parking lot of Shannons Bar.

The alleged suspect opened fire on a man then somehow shot himself in his vehicle shortly after.

Last anyone heard both men are in the hospital.

The victim is expected to survive but the suspect is in critical condition.
