Friday, April 3, 2009 - 12:22pm

Ever hit your divot further than your ball? Yeah, been there. I've hit more dribblers than an NBA all star. Flubs, fats, hackers, muffs...all words used to describe poor shots that, most of the time, never taste the air. But now, you can put those days behind you.

This week on TIPS from the TEE BOX on FOX, Santa Maria Golf Academy's Ryan McGwyer shows you how to get off the ground and into the air towards your target. The important thing to remember is to hit down on the golf ball to create some spin and loft off the club face. Check out this week's tip and check your stance next time you hit the driving range.
