Mardi Gras means a few things…beads, parades and…king cakes. From now until Mardi Gras, we’re on a mission to find the best king cake in Acadiana. So it’s time for a hunt! I’m looking for our most unique king cake. This 5-part series will take you from one side of Lafayette to another looking for the scoop on your favorite seasonal treats.
