Democrats are savoring victory today after the U.S. House made history Sunday night, passing the Senate's health care reform bill.
That measure now heads to President Obama for his signature.
However, not everyone in congress is happy with the outcome.
Some believe sweetheart deals were used to get the bill passed.
California Congressman Darrel Issa, the ranking Republican of the House Oversight Committee, is also questioning the ethics behind the bill's passage and planning an investigation.
