Four men caught tapping Senator Landrieu's office
NEW ORLEANS - Four men have been accused of attempting to tap the phones of U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu's office in New Orleans.
The four identified by the U.S. attorney's office include 25 year old James O'Keefe and 24 year old's Stan Dai, Robert Flanagan and Joseph Basel.
O'Keefe is also known for his involvment with the ACORN scandal.
The FBI says O'Keefe was in the office Monday when Flanagan and Basel arrived, posing as telephone repairmen.
Investigators say Dai helped the others in creating the plan and preparing the operation.
