Club settles dispute with city

BROUSSARD — The owner of Michael's Men's Club in Broussard has settled a dispute over city ordinances.

Owner Michael Watkins claimed the current ordinances were uncostituational and vague.

Now, the law allows dancer at the men's club to perform wearing next to nothing.

A lawyer for the club says the business will continue to be a good neighbor in the Broussard community.
