UNDATED — ACORN says cutting their government funding was unconstitutional and they are suing.

The agencies funding was cut after a video surfaced with two people posing as a pimp and a prostitute.

The two went into a Philadelphia ACORN office and told staffers in the officer they were a pimp and a prostitute. They then asked how to get around tax and immigration laws.

The Center for Constitutional Rights has filed a lawsuit on ACORN's behalf. They claim Congress violated the constitution when it passed a law cutting federal funding to the organization.
