Saints Linebacker Jonathan  tried to have his year long suspension overturned.

However today's settlement conference ended with no resolution.

Now Vilma is hoping a judge will grant a temporary restraining order on Thursday to prevent the NFL from enforcing his suspension.

The penalty was for his alleged role in the bounty program.
