The man who was shot to death outside a Taco Bell early yesterday has been identified as nineteen year old Frederick Joseph of New Iberia.

Another man a twenty three year old is expected to be ok after he was shot.

The gunfire rang out around two-thirty Sunday morning at the Taco Bell on Congress near Bertrand.

police do not think this was a random shooting.

Witnesses said the shooter may have been riding in an older model Pontiac Bonneville.
