A second teachers union is fighting changes coming to your kids' classroom.
The Louisiana Association Of Educators is doing more than just singing about their disapproval of Governor Jindal's voucher program they are slapping him with a lawsuit.
They say its unconstitutional to take money from public schools to help pay for some kid's tuition at private schools.
The LAE also says the bill shouldn't have passed anyway because it needed a two thirds majority vote this past session and that didn't happen.
The LAE is not filing suit against the other major Jindal reform bill that deals with teacher tenure.
The Louisiana Federation Of Teachers is fighting that battle.
